As a competition gathering international participants, eVolo’s Skyscraper Competition is established in 2006. The annual Skyscraper Competition is one of the world’s most prestigious awards for high-rise architecture. Aiming to redefine skyscraper design and questioning the relationship between the skyscrapers and the natural world, the community and the city. This year for the platform, where names such as Massimiliano Fuksas and Ma Yansong served as a jury, Alper Derinboğaz is chosen amongst the jury members. The project submission deadline for the competition is January 11, 2020. After the evaluation of the jury, consisting of Jürgen H. Mayer, Manuel Navarro Zornoza, Micheal Neumann, Berrin Chatzi Chousein, Ryuichi Sasaki, Lu Yun, and Alper Derinboğaz, the winners will be announced on April 21, 2020.
